The three comfortable holiday apartments on the farm Rasteinerhof satisfy all needs and desires. All the apartments reflect the warm atmosphere of the typical architecture of South Tyrol. Plenty of wood and bright walls radiate a warm and comforting ambiance. In the modern equipped kitchens with dishwasher you will find everything you need for preparing healthy and tasty meals. Fresh bread delivery and the genuine farm products like milk, eggs, vegetables and fresh herbs are available. All apartments have satellite TV, balcony, and offer bed linens and towels. For our youngest guests, there is a baby cot and a highchair. You can park your car on our large parking lot.

Holidaypass inclusive
Spend a carefree vacation in South Tyrol with the Holidaypass! Upon your arrival at our Rasteinerhof, it will be given to you as a complimentary gift, and it allows you to discover the entire region of South Tyrol without using a car – and free of charge!
Besides the free use of public transport in South Tyrol, the Holidaypass Premium includes other interesting advantages and discounts. Save on your next visit to the museum or enjoy many unique discounted leisure activities in the holiday region Plan de Corones.
With the Holidaypass you can also use the cable car Plan de Corones free of charge outside the high season (end of May to the beginning of July and end of September to end of season).
It also includes a colourful weekly programme for seven full days, with activities that range from snowshoeing to baking bread. There is no space for boredom!

Services& conditions
As of 01.01.2024, we are committed to collect a community residence tax of 1.50 € per person and night for all persons over 14 years
Minimum stay
Prices are per apartment / occupancy and night, for a minimum stay of 4 nights. For stays shorter than 4 nights, a surcharge of High Season Rates per night and person applies.
Bed linens and towels are available; for small children there is a baby bed and a high chair.
Group prices upon request.
Pets are not allowed.
Discounts for our guests
Adventure indoor swimming pool Cron4 in Reischach and outdoor swimming pool Bruneck: only 4,00 € per person/day.
Sauna and adventure indoor swimming pool: only € 21.00 per person/day.
Booking
We look forward to a written reservation via e-mail. The reservation will be confirmed once the deposit of 200 € per week has been paid.
Payment
In Italy it is no longer permitted to pay amounts of more than 1,999.99 Euro in cash. The following means of payment are permitted: non-transferable cheque, bank transfer.
Arrival & Departure
On the day of arrival, you can move into your apartment at 2 pm; on the day of departure we kindly ask you to check out of the apartment not later than 9.30 am.
In case you arrive with train or bus, we more than happily will pick you up at the station.
Right of withdrawal
According to the Consumer Protection Code, a cancellation right does not exist nevertheless, we grant following cancellation conditions:
Cancellations
- You may cancel up to 3 months before your set arrival date – However, your deposit will not be reimbursed.
- If you cancel between 3 months and 4 weeks before your set arrival date, we will charge you 3 days of your holiday (this includes your deposit).
- If you cancel within the 4 weeks directly before your set arrival date, then 70% of the booking will be charged (this includes your deposit).

In case of early departure or late arrival, 100% of the agreed daily rate will be charged.
